Diaspora is introduced in our year one lecture, which refers to dispersed ethnicities. At that time, probably, no one in the class would imagine it becoming our common experience. Belonging to the same group in the orientation camp, we turn out scattered in different parts of the world. The persistent pandemic hinders reunion, like many others.

The Humanities Programme was set up in 1990. Joining with Creative and Professional Writing in 2012, the Department of Humanities and Creative Writing (HMW) was officially established. The celebration project of the Humanities Programme 30th Anniversary is organized by the HMW event committee & alumni association (HUMAA). The committee invited 30 groups of people intimately connected with HMW to tell their stories.
